Dustin Diamond formerly Screech from Saved By The Bell
Date:May 19, 2018
Time: 7:00 pm
Details:
He played the bad guy on Celebrity Fit Club and has been hailed as the “Dark Prince of Comedy”. Dustin Diamond is a pop culture icon, and is best known for his role as Screech on Saved by the Bell. Dustin played Screech through all 10 seasons of the show, and to this day, Saved by the Bell is still seen in syndication 16 times per week in 105 countries.

For the past 17 years, Dustin has toured the world as a stand-up comedian. His act is suitable for the now grown-up fans of Saved by the Bell. It is adult-oriented, hilarious, and definitely not the same squeaky-clean, Saturday morning comedy that he spent 10 years doing as Screech. In his act, Dustin touches on life’s most important topics – grandma porn, farts, and the secrets of the female sex.

In addition to stand-up comedy, Dustin has been involved in reality television, indie movies, and numerous other projects. Most recently, he played himself in Better Reach Screech, The Nerdist’s parody of Breaking Bad. He appeared on the British reality series Big Brother, and was also seen on Oprah’s Where Are They Now?, in which he touched upon topics such as his tell-all book Behind the Bell, and other previous media stunts.

Advanced tickets are $20. Day of tickets are $25. Doors open at 7pm and the show will start around 8pm.

Opening Act: TBD

Though he had been acting since he was five, when he was filmed in his first commercial, Drake Bell (born Jared Drake Bell in Orange County, California) didn’t start playing the guitar until he was cast in the 2001 TV movie Chasing Destiny, also starring the Who’s Roger Daltrey, who gave the young performer his initial lessons. As a teenager, though Drake was focusing on acting, he continued to play music and write songs on the side, and after a program he was in, Nickelodeon’s The Amanda Show, was canceled in 2002, and a spinoff, The Drake and Josh Show, was started (it first aired in 2004), Bell was able to finally show off his chops onscreen, writing the theme song, “Found a Way,” and playing an exaggerated version of his guitarist self named Drake Parker.

Heavily influenced by the Beatles and the Beach Boys, Drake released his debut, Telegraph, independently in 2005; soon after he signed to Universal, who put out his sophomore record, It’s Only Time, the following year. The live album, Drake Bell in Concert, appeared in 2008 and it wouldn’t be until 2011 that Drake would release any new material, with the stopgap EP A Reminder.

Returning to the studio some two years later with childhood hero Brian Setzer, Drake released his third album, the rockabilly-inspired Ready Steady Go! on Surfdog Records in 2014. With music being his first love, Drake made the most rockin’ and exciting album of his career – a collection of melodic pop, and at the same time hard-hitting rock n roll.

In 2014 Drake took Mexico by storm when he performed at Exa FM’s “Concierto Exa 2014” in Mexico City for an audience of more than 50,000 people. His song “Bull” remained in the Top 10 on Mexican radio for several weeks.

In 2016, Drake returns to Mexico to perform live again for all his fans, with shows in Monterrey, Mexico City and Guadalajara. But that is not all. Many more of his fans from all around the world will have the chance to see Drake this year. Stay tuned!

Plain White T's
Date:June 28, 2018
Time: 6:30 pm
Details:

Festival Foods & WIXX 101.1 Presents:

Plain White T's will be at Green Bay Distillery on Thursday, June 28th! Doors will open at 6:30pm, show begins at 7:00pm. 21+ show. No refunds.

Advance tickets: $25 (+ tax)

Support Act: Ocean Park Standoff

Opening Act: Hindsight

Final Opening Act: Fairview

Plain White T’s - composed of Tom Higgenson, Tim Lopez, Dave Trio, De’Mar Hamilton and Mike Retondo - kicked off their vibrant career in the Chicago suburbs in 1997, playing a unique blend of pop, punk, and melody-driven rock and roll in basements and clubs across the metro area.

Two decades later, the quintet has become a global success, with thousands of shows, a string of multi-platinum hit singles (“Rhythm of Love,” “1, 2, 3, 4”) and one of the most downloaded songs of all time under their belts: GRAMMY-nominated “Hey There Delilah.”

The quintet first came to Fearless Records in early 2000, releasing their certified gold albums, All That We Needed, and later in conjunction with Hollywood Records, Every Second Counts, featuring mega-hit single "Hey There Delilah," which propelled the band to superstardom and lead them to become one of the most praised bands in American rock. In total, the band has released seven full-length studio albums, creating epic rock songs and acoustic-leaning ballads that have made them a household name.

Now, Plain White T's are thrilled to return to Fearless Records for the next exciting chapter of their career with a brand-new single called “Land of the Living,” – the first taste of new music from the group since their self-released 2015 album, American Nights.

"Fearless was the first label to ever support us and believe in the band, so it just seems so natural to reunite with them after all these years," says vocalist and guitarist Tom Higgenson. "Land of the Living is a song that can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. For us, it's about following your passion no matter what, and enjoying the ups and downs along the way."

Plain White T's teamed up with Project Greenlight Digital Studios (PGLDS) to create the music video for "Land of The Living." PGLDS is an open, story-driven, creative community that exists to empower the next generation of great filmmakers. In July of 2016, PGLDS launched a nationwide search for an independent director to create the video. Since the release of “Land of the Living”, Plain White T’s have gone back to their roots, taking the stage at this year’s Alternative Press Music Awards, where they celebrated the 10th anniversary of their chart-topping hit “Hey There Delilah,” and performing at the Vans Warped Tour in Cleveland, OH.

The band is currently in the studio to record their new album, slated for release in early 2018.

Details: Legendary Ex-Misfits guitarist Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein has broken new ground with his solo project, "DOYLE". A horror based hardrock/metal band of epic proportions. Still grinding out heavy riffs is the hulking monster himself, Doyle of Misfits fame, and Alex Story from ‘Cancerslug provides vocals filled with misanthropic rage, while still capturing the beauty of the dark side. Solidifying the quartet is Graham (ex-Graves, ex-Let It Burn) on bass, unifying the skull crushing sound that is the machine Doyle himself has put together. DOYLE cranks out music as scary as the Misfits, as doom laden as Black Sabbath, and has the same hard-hitting in your face style of metal as Motorhead or Slayer.
